For our Catering courses, we have tried to make the training and assessing as close to the real thing as possible. We have a complete separate kitchen area fitted with Stainless Steel equipment and as many appliances as possible, for training and assessing of the following courses:
CCCN1: Catering Core
CoDC1: Catering Changeover
Comcat 1: Installation/Servicing/Commissioning catering cookers
Comcat 3: Installation/Servicing/Commissioning Gas Fryers
Comcat 5: Installation/Servicing/Commissioning Forced Draught Catering Equipment
CMCLP1: LPG Mobile Catering (Must hold both Catering & LPG)
